Default RPM, standard 26 x 15.5 hydromotive VS labbed 27 x 15 1/8

Like the title says what would the RPM difference be on top? I know the labbing and smaller diameter will add RPM but will it put it where a 26 is?

It really depends on the recipe used during the La process. If Hydro does the work, the 27 be run lower. Be sure to tell them what you are looking for.
