Is there a way to track down a person through boat registration numbers,looking to buy the boat but would like to deal direct with owner. Have not had any luck dealing with broker

Maybe if you have a friend that's water patrol, you wont get it from parks & wildlife

Although you could relatively easily track down the registered owner from the registration numbers, I think your bigger issue is going to be any Brokerage Agreement the owner may have already signed. Brokers don't like folks going around them after they've (supposedly) worked hard for their commission.

Broker will not call me back, called twice and sent email.
