Default Outboard guys. Small, 10 hp elect start???

Anyone here with info on small outboard power? A buddy of mine has a cottage on a small lake with a 10hp limit. He's got a little center console and is looking for an electric start motor without the tiller, needs to able to connect to a steering wheel. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Are the 8-10hp two strokes available anywhere? The four stroke extra weight is a little more than the 75 yr old folks want to handle. Can still order from Bahamas but price is ridiculous.

Thanks
