Default Chillin The Most

Well as I am sure all of you are as anxious as we are to get back on the water, I thought I would share our status update. Chillin is having new cockpit cover made as well as a full cover to keep her protected from the suns damaging rays. We should have the boat back from the trim shop at the end of the week then it goes to our new marina. This season with having a bigger boat we decided to keep it at a local marina in the high and dry. I think this will work out best considering I am major OCD and if not able to always clean it I would probably die...lol. We hope to have her in the water by next week.... Big Brother "AXA" is probably going to fly down from NY to take the maiden voyage with us and show us the ways of "Chillin"....weather pending of course. If there is not good weather he will not be able to flap his arms fast enough to get here...lol. How cool is that? The man you bought the boat from is going to travel from NY to spend time with you and show you all the little things of your new boat on the water!!!! Big Brother Rocks....

We have planned a bunch of runs for this summer. Powerboating for a Cure in Va Beach, Jammin on the James, get to do a "guys run" in mid May, FOONJ Rendezvous in August, may also take it up to the Atlantic City OPA race weekend....TBD. We are lucky to be so close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. At Pier 6 they have concerts all summer long...we plan on attending several concerts via water and enjoying the luxuries of "Chillin". There is nothing like chillin out on the boat listening to the likes of "Yes", "Santana", "George Thoroughgood", etc...

Hope to get the chance to see all my buddies soon. We wish you all a safe and enjoyable season on the water. If you see "Chillin The Most" at a dock bar near you, don't hesitate to come say hello.....

Sounds like an awesome season is ahead! You now have one of the baddest 353's around and that is great Axa is helping you get used to the new boat.

I am dealing with Todd at Dave's Trim Shop in Glen Burnie, MD. He is awesome to deal with and his workmanship is bar-non. He can do anything you need.

Chris - If your interested in meeting the FOONJ crew ahead of the August Rendezvous, don't forget about the AC Rendezvous that FormulaBoatsForum puts on in July.

I'd like to see how your cockpit cover turns out. I've been patching mine here and there for the past few years. Thinking it might be time for a new one myself

The schedule sounds great, but I didn't see the LOTO Shootout, have fun with the new boat I'm sure you're going to be super happy with her.

Split,

I will send you photos when covers get finished. I will check into the AC event and see if Wendy and I can make it happen.

Speak soon,

Chris
