Default 33 with new bblades results

I recently had my 26's labbed and wanted some feedback on my results.. Boat is 03' 33 outlaw, 496ho's, 400hrs, all fluids fresh. took the boat out yesterday and wanted to give you my results. Set up: 2 souls, 12 pack cooler, 1/3 tank go go juice.. temp 67°... came out of hole at 3200 to plane.. 3400 Rpm =45mph, was 50mph.. great mid range acceleration.. ran up throttles to 5000.. tapped 74, but 73 was consistent..Dream o meter on boat was saying 78-79.. did hit Rev on starboard side at 5100.. port stayed at 5000.. trim around 5.. tabs not used.... . just changed all fluids before I ran it.. did hit 73 early last summer a couple times on stock blades then dropped to consistent 70-71.. I was hoping to get to 76mph.. this was gps on my phone.. looking for honest numbers of others with same set up, stock and bblades worked props..

73-74 should be normal.

Mid range suffers a little sometimes. If you had them labbed - you may need to overtrim a little and drag a little tab to get everything out of the wide open throttle top speed.

I am sure Brett told you but with stock drive height, Mirage Plus is faster but the Bravo One is almost as fast with better mid range.

My non labbed 26s ran 71.2 this weekend at Barkley Lake. 4 adults and a mostly full fuel tank.

This was the best speed I saw. Consistently 70 mph on my GPS chart plotter.

The lake was really too trashy to play with perfect trim and tab set up. I don't think I squeezed everything out of it.

2000 33 Outlaw with 502 mags.

Edit: I am very fortunate. My boat must have been built on a Wednesday. It has the straightest bottom I've ever seen on a Baja.

I had a 2006 33 with 496 ho's. It ran a consistent 72-73 with bblades labbed 26's.
Once in a while it would go 74-75. These were everyday numbers, 2-3 people, half tank fuel etc
