Default Remote Oil filter

Anyone have any experience with automotive remote oil filter kit? My engine has the filter still on the block and its a PITA to change the oil.

Well that's a pain. just get the adapter and filter head, then tie them together with sufficently sized hose. -8 or -10 would be about right.
