I remember a thread in hear somewhere that discussed the year when they made a change to the deck or hull and made the freeboard deeper. When was that?
I'm diggin these boats!!

You guys need a "post your picks" sticky...

I think it was 94 the change was so they could do stagger motors

Yes i believe this is correct all the 95 s and up you can see the higher sides. Also it was only in the 33 i don t think they made the 28 s tl 95 and from what i have understood that the 28 was made of the same mold as the 33 s and just blocked off the 5 feet from the back .

OK..Just dug back in the thread Steve started on the history of PP. Man, really cool info. I believe that's why I'm seeing the exhaust above or below the rub rail.

Also i have heard that they are sometimes referred to as stick boats . The first few years before 95 they had a lot of wood in the build the floor is wood some of cabin etc etc and there is all fiber build after 95. MUCH NICER AS NEWER ONES MADE .

There are some old style 33 s with exhaust below rub rail but always above the swim platform on the pleasure boats, The newer pleasure boats some have it under platform and plenty of room .

Got another for u. I see some 33s referred to as Sport Deck. Is the there another model 33? I've seen the center console.

Just can t find it to many blogs so google history of power play boats hop on to the blog list and post 50 threw 60 gives you names of models . MY 28 is a sport deck but is an ss model only difference is sporty looking compared to reg sport deck . But true only 28 s and 33 s sport deck or center console and like the 33 has whats called a super sport modal sport deck witch i guess is kind of like my 28 ss . there are old mags with all weight eta eta over 300 pics and info
