There was a guy who lived in Tampa, his name as Ratman.

He was the go to guy in regards to Bayliners. 14 foot was a pretty big boat, but I am sure he would have known all about it.

Lost track of him though, heard he was going for the Bayliner endurance record and set off from Tampa to St Petersburg......has never been seen again!
