Default Whats out there for single engine boats with no power? Cats?

Looking, for a single engine boat less power (or it can have blown up power). Boat has to be fully rigged with drive, although I do have a bmax available so at minimum it would need to have hydraulic steering. I would prefer a cat but a 24/7 might work. Actually looking for a boat that does not need a lot of cosmetic work, already have one. I am looking for something nice, like really really nice. No junk.

I have 700+hp power ready to go and $

This doesn't look too bad for the money.

I have a friend in Wisconsin with a 1999 Htm i'm thinking he would like to get around 17,000 for it. Comes with a 454 with a pro charger. I think it has about 600 hours on it. If you're interested send me a PM and I'll get you his contact information.
