Triad V21 is a kick but boat. It will run pretty close to 100 all day with a 225.

I like my 24' Beak for a smaller lake boat. Cockpit is tight, but comfy.

I'm biased I know, but...
Checkmate has both I/O and O/B powered small boats that have the look and performance in a v-hull.
eg. Randy Corson in Florida has the Pulsare 2100 with 300hp O/B over 95mph. The 2400 with the same power is a 70++mph boat.
On the I/O side both the ZT230/240(21ft+built in swim platform) and the older 242/260 Convincor are 70+ boats with either 6.2 or 496 power and can almost get there with a 350 mag. If you like an older classic look the old Enchanter(21ft) from the early to mid 80's is available both O/B or I/O power and there are quite a few around in good shape. 65mph with a 260hp/5.7alpha drive or faster with a 200+hp O/B.
