Shout out to Wozencraft
Sent PM regarding letter of non-renewal that had no explanation regarding why my policy wouldn't be renewed (not cancelled...renewed). No claims EVER with any agency, payment was set up for auto pay so no excuses there.

bonesmalon some times these letters go out to you BEFORE we as agents are notified. I would give Wozencraft the benefit of the doubt first. Shoot him over an email.
Also, all non-renewal notices have a reason cited on them about 1/3 of the way down the page. Sometimes you can get them for failure to provide photos, a marine survey that was requested. Non-renewals are often times reversible if you just provide what the non-renewal is requesting.. Again, this is why you should contact Devin asap.
