Anyone do any business with this company? Sent my windlass to them in May. Requested payment to proceed with repairs after evaluation. Sent payment May 29th. Last email said being sent end of week of the 15th. Still haven't received it. Emailed several times and also called; got answering machine; left several messages to contact me. No one has responded to either. Getting really concerned ??
