What are my options? My friend says take them to get rebuilt. Can I get a fully assembled set from summit that are good for marine use and swap them out. What are my options? I want little down time and cheapest route possible.

a modern oval port,aluminum or cast iron is gonna wake your motor up.Dart ovals would be a nice option.

If they were closed cooling and just need a freshen up a good machine shop should be able to turn them out quick. If your in salt - brackish , you will need to do some mods to a the aluminum oval port manifold you will need for oval port heads as marine version will not be quick or cheap to obtain.
