Default E-Top Exhaust Clamp Broke - Need Info / Help

So over the weekend, the clamp between E-Top (575 sci) and tailpipe (silent choice) broke (bolt broke). Was able to put a bandaid on it to get through the weekend, but I'm searching for a replacement. ..and based on the 3 hours that I searched for one on Friday morning, I might need to buy two to have a backup.

What is the difference between the Merc part...

Part Number 54-848885 --CLAMP, Band Style (click here) $198.14
https://www.mercruiserparts.com/Show...h+Water+Outlet

..and a NAPA part...

Part Number: TWD VEL022472 Exhaust Clamps, V Band Clamp For Manifold Pipes & Turbo Housing Flanges; Velvac $26.49
http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Ca...472_0090059191

Clamp looks like this...

Appreciate any advice.

Make sure you tap around the clamp with a hammer after you first install it and re tighten it.

the diff is zero. as in, tack a zero on the end of the automotive part to get the marine price. 20 bucks, 200 bucks...and merc couldn't even use there shiny black paint on this part!

NAPA has a lot of these but local stores didn't have exact. So I ordered from CP at about $40.
