Talking Can't wait until I try my new props!!

I just received my props back from Merc racing today. I am pumped. I used these props on my 98 29 Outlaw (454 mpi's) and saw 67.1 on GPS. When I purchased my 02' 29 with the 496's I figured I would slap the labbed props on and take a test run. Wham 73.8 GPS AND I was hitting the rev limiter like crazy. Sent the props back to get them "repitched" and fine tuned. I'm hoping to get atleast 75 with this set up. This just may satisfy me until I PROCHARGE! I really think thats a pretty respectable speed for a set of 496 mags. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I JUST REALIZED I'VE GOT ALMOST 2K in one set of props! Holy $h#T!!
For the love of the game fella's.......

Default re

When I was working with Bronson Hill earlier this year, I spent more on shipping props back and forth than on the actual props themselves.

Is that the 496 MAG HO'S with 425 HP or the 375 HP? If its the 425 HP's I think someone here is approaching the 80 MPH. May want to check out some previous threads on what type of props they are turning.

Here it is. I hope it helps! The thread is Finally did it! by 29 Outlaw

need the speed, I have not seen you out eather. the big joke in town is my neighbor call the cop on me labor day week end one showed up at the door and two at the dock. they wanted to look at my boat and talk about running to close to shore ande the noise. But I had pulled the boat and went to another lake for the week end . this made them look really good to my father in law , when they wanted me and I was not even around. one more time and its off to court we go. I am not the only boat on the lake.

Default Guy Lost his hard-on when he heard your boat!

Hey Doc..
He's got to blame somebody. It mine as well be you. You know he's not going to blame his old lady. How about we round every one with a hot boat up, back into that nice little cove at about 2:30am (after we get tuned up at good old Show boat) and let em' rip. I think he'll like that. What the hell is he going to do next year when there's going to be aboat 10 more of these wave bashers out their?

PS- You remember where Showboat is don't you?

Hey dock I thought I saw a blue fin a couple of day's ago. It looked like it had a blender fastened to the transom and it appeared to have a infatable women hanging over the bow. I tried to flag you but you guy's were hallin' some a$$.
You heard right about the props. It seems as though I lost a little speed. I guess I surpased the engines capabilities. I might be able to send them back and get a few more R's. I'm running a solid 72 (GPS) at 4700. Those motors rev limit at 5050. I'm just waiting for a day with the same conditions so I can do some better evaluation.
I just heard Rob is having some SERIOUS upgrades installed. You probably already know this. I really couldn't get to many details. I was told 95+ !

PS Did you see the add in the back of last months Powerboat regarding the 35 Exicutioner with T/710 hp's motors. Add said the boat runs 95. Yours for 70,000.00

We are going to michigan friday to look at some glass , there are so many places I dont know were to start. and for that blow up doll she never talks and if she does you can beat her and through her over board and know one cares.
