I have a 1997 outlaw sst 24ft, and my cabin hatches keep leaking. I have sealed it a few times but they seem to keep leaking. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the leak permanently?
thanks

Depends on where the leak is coming from. Usually the hatch leaks around the seal of the frame to the bow of the boat. And when this is the case, the coring in the bow/deck needs to be scraped out and filled with a resin mix. Then I would re-install the hatches using a good sealer like BoatLife caulk.

After fixing the wet coring, I've used boatlife caulk with excellent results. No leaks. I don't think the bow/deck should flex that much to cause problems. There are lots of screws holding it down. Make sure you clean the mating surfaces really good.

I resealed my hatch a couple of times and I still had a leak. It ended up being my bow rails that were leaking. The water was running down the bolt holes and making it look like it was coming from the hatch. I ended up removing my bow rails and resealing all of the holes. Finally fixed my year long leak.
