Default APBA Pres.@SBI N.Y.

This is no rummor or hear say!! I saw APBA Pres. Stan Fitts at the SBI N.Y. race Fri. & Sat. all over the pitts. Then I saw him (Stan Fitts) go on the Super Boat Bus with John Carbonell and stay for over an hour. Is something finnally comming together? Is Mike A. being booted out for Carbonell??? Wouldn't that chap Mike A."s ass!!!!!!
Did anybody see that big Cambells Chunky Soup tour bus at the SBI tent. Is Cambells going to be a new sponsor for SBI?

Maybe they are just old friends chatting about life in general...It was nice to see some of the APBA boys there, including Lee Murray and the rest of the Nick Carter Racing Team, what a class act...Thanks again to Anthony and Karen for rescuing me in Marathon, it was great to see you guys again...Hope to see you soon...

Mike A is still the CEO of APBA offshore.

Carbonell was the southern division of APBA and ran Key West for APBA.

It all started when the super big ego guys, Al Copeland, Chuch Norris et al wanted their owns series so they would need to share the spotlight with the smaller classes. Al hire John to start and run OPT, Offshore Proffessional Tour. Then SBR, Superboat Racing, then SBI, Superboat International.

If anyone can bring things together, it would be Stan Fitz.

So it looks like that Stan is the only one that Carbonell will talk to from the APBA offical org.
