Default 454 block replacement

Got a Mark IV 454 / 496 and the cast stuff is starting to get a little thin. The last rebuild I pulled a second head bolt out and had to Time-sert it and now it has a blown head gasket.
The goal is to replace the block and heads with everything that is inside my motor now. Got a set of heads just the other day. What appears to be 30 year old heads that have never been used. Score!
What are my options when it comes to blocks? Just would like a simple 4 bolt that I can take to my guy to be punched out 60 over.
