I am going to be boating on the river near Knoxville this weekend and was wondering if there are any party spots where people raft up or anchor on sandbars? Also if anyone has any info on party spots or sand bar locations for Watts Barr that would be helpful as well.

We are outing in at Lenoir city and making our way to Knoxville for the night. Any places we should stop or places to avoid? Is the channel marked well??
