Say it ain't so? Well-known performance boater Jim Lee is moving on from the icon Freedom US 1 46-foot Skater, which is now for sale at Performance Boat Center.

Double Take is one lucky boat to have Jimmy as the owner.

Congrats Jim, it's hard to believe. I remember when you were building Freedom and I was getting my first MTI. Seems like yesterday. I know you will have a blast in Double Take, always been one of my favorite 46, behind Freedom of course.

Hard to believe Jim. I remember the first time I met Bob Morgan was when you were building Freedom. You, Bob, Sue, and I went to lunch after looking at her in Big Thunders shop. Seems like yesterday. When people advertise a boat maintained with an open checkbook, they have no idea what open checkbook Jim Lee style is!!! Whoever buys Freedom will be a very fortunate person. Thanks for all of the memories in Freedom.

That was the start of Freedom for sure . I remember. So many great times on that boat for a lot of people! Plus we won first place to Bimini and back in 2010. The ol girl can get up and roll in the rough stuff when you push down the sticks. That was a fun weekend for sure !! Bob would want me to throw that in there
