Yes. I know how to do it as a paying member. Other people host from other sites and I don't know if you can do that from a phone or how.

I use tinypic to host it (phone or computer).

go to their page, upload a file from your phone or comp (have to enter a "code") and then just copy/paste the link code for message boards

Use photobucket, then you can copy and past the image link "IMG" -- this will show the picture.When you are looking at the picture after you upload it, there will be links on the right hand side. If you click the IMG link it will automatically copy it, and you can paste it here.

The link will look like this, but will have an open bracket "[" at the beginning of each line:
