It was a long story of who actually rigged the boat originally , someone modified the stringers, a lot of blocked limber holes, lack of gelcoat and 5200 and a whole lot of neglect until now.

Its typical Wellcraft construction. The boat is almost 30 years old.

The bright side.................I had rather dig out a completely rotted transom where 95% comes out with a screwdriver than one the has a little rot around the gimbles and you gotta take out 95% solid transom!!! LOL!
