Are gen V blocks ok to stroke? Are there any problems with making 540's out of them?

You are going to get a lot of opinions on this... However, I am running two Gen V 540's in my Baja with no issues to date.

Its no problem. Just make sure the blocks are sound. Did you get them sonic tested yet? I know those were the saltwater specials from kidapache werent they ?

gen V's just were not great blocks...If I were spending the $$$ to do strokers, would not be V's
