I am going to re gelcoat the bottom of my Magnum using Glassdave's formula. I am ordering my supplies, the Duratec I want is the 904-001 High Gloss Additive, correct?
And where can I get PVA? For Gel I am thinking I'll order it from US Composites, unless that is a bad idea. Thanks in advance, Murf

yes thats the number and you are using the duratec just for the blend and final surface. Your actual best bet is to use a raw gel pva'd and sanded and buffed from the get go. If your boat is a trailer boat you can use the gloss additive to expedite the final surface. I have done it with good results but again if you really want the besty final surface you cant beat a straight gel no additives but its a LOT of work . . . .
