1982 pantera 24 pretty much the same hull as a 1994 python 24. I am interested in both. Ive always liked the panteras, but I like the python because it already has the bravo drive compared to the trs. Im not opposed to a trs setup. Just kinda wanted some opinions. Im specifically looking for a 24 - 7 hull.(martini, excaliber, etc)
Thanks

They are all based off the same hull though some have a little delta pad and some dont. You biggest differences are going to come from who layed it up, stringers etc....... some were put together better than other, even with the same manufacture some were built better than others

When I was shopping, I also wanted a late 90's 24x7 with a Bravo. I looked at two different Pythons.. BOTH of them had rotted, hollow stringers...
I ended up buying '84 Corsa (26x7) with a Volvo drive pretty cheap and spent $2500 to have the transom done.....

Sounds like even though an older boat ,sounds like the pantera is still a better choice. I can live with the trs for awhile. I have a 502 550hp i can drop in it and will convert to bravo in a couple of years. Im leaning towards the pantera mainly because of the floor height. I prefer to have bolsters than a strictly sit down boat.
