Default Going back to stock fuel and pcm.

I'm finally getting around to getting the boat going.

As I'm getting older I care less about speed and want to just enjoy the boat for what it is. A solid 70mph boat

With that being said. I'm going to get a stock calibration for my pcm and would like to go back to stock fuel injectors.

It's a 99gen 6 502 motor. I believe this boat came with a mefi and AZM swapped it to a mefi 3 and 2 bar map sensor.

Does anyone know exactly which injectors come stock in this boat? And perhaps selling a set?

Once this is all done I will be selling the procharger. But for now I wanna be able to put the throttle down and not think about any tuning or plug chops.

I hope everyone has a wounder holiday today!

Boat on!

40 something lb micro Injectors, put a 1. Bar map sensor back on it and reflash it, they are online for 85$ each but i am sure you could find a used set if your not in a hurry. I had mine flowed at one time and it was 43 or 48 lbs something like that

I agree with Articfriends. Keep the MEFI 3 ecm, it will work fine after a re-flash. I can flash in a stock mefi 3 502 tune...

As for fuel injectors - the 454/502 mag used two different injectors - Pliant is giving you a part number for the second generation injectors and physically they are short in length and thin. The earlier models are larger in size. This link shows a pic of the earlier ones: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MerCruiser-Q...r#ht_24wt_1362

You need to determine which type you have so you can get the right ones, they do not interchange - you have to change the bottom half of the intake manifold as well as the fuel rail.

since you noted the swap UP to a MEFI 3 your system likely came as the VST with the Keihin injectors, same as in a a Subaru and, the MEFI 1. If none of these other fine gents can provide you with the parts I carry injectors for both cool fuel system and the VST system, (Keihin vs Magnetti/Marelli). Each injector is rated at 43# at 3 bar. We can also reflash either MEFI 1 OR 3 ECU with factory calibrations. If you want to upgrade we have harness and ECU to move up to the MEFI 4 family as well.

Just on option
