Default supercharger or n/a for reliable performance increase

just curious which way is least complicated and most reliable., a low boost supercharger or heads, cam etc? will either be effective without thru hull exhausts?

I believe that exhaust scavenging is not as important with forced induction as it is with normally aspirated, but I don't think you can get away with forcing that volume of exhaust through an opening that is approximately 2x3 inches. It's a bit like John Holmes trying to fornicate with a chihuahua.

Speaking of John Holmes, while being relevant to the opening post, you could always use Donkey Dicks if you want to expel your exhaust under water.
