Default Razor sharp prop protector

Does anyone make a prop protector for the razor sharp props of a surface drive? I've read bad stories about people jumping in behind boats and severing vital body parts. Is there a cover made for these props when you are parked swimming? Maybe leather or something and have a tag that one could put on steering wheel or throttles to remind to remove before leaving.
