Hi, mint 2002 with no fridge. I would like to add one in the cabinet. I think it would fit. Do I need a acdc fridge. Works off batteries, then flips to shore power. What do I need? Would also like to add shore power. Plus, where do I buy the coolers for under seat.

The coolers are most likely from AO Coolers. www.aocoolers.com
Sorry I can't help with your other questions.

that boat came with a pair of Coleman "personal 16" coolers that fit into the floor:

(minus the redneck engineered beer tap of course)
Sunsation later switched to the aocoolers, more of a bag type cooler with the Sunsation logo on the side.
You might want to see one of those refrigerators in action before you retrofit......if you had a choice of a beer from one of them or a beer from a cooler full of ice......you would take the latter! Those fridges are "chillers" at best.

i agree with some of what was said above I have a fridge in my 32 Sunsation and love it...we use it for food and it eliminated a third "food cooler" . It does get cold if I hook up the shore power over night but if your looking for frosty cold beer just by turning it on when you hit the water you will be disappointed.

We installed Norcold fridges in the wetbar. They were powered off 12 volt or 110 with shore power. They get cold, but you'd have to run it a long time. Lot's of people end up taking them out or never even using them. I know there are some higher end fridges out there, but this is the only brand we ever used.
