Wondering who make a small generator liquid cooled that can be mounted in the engine compartment looked at panda fisher nice but don't need 4500 watts 2000-3000 would work just fine

Pretty limited in that size range. Kohler makes a 4kw. If you're trying to run AC, I wouldn't go any smaller than that.

Buddy has a little 3k diesel gen with a 5 gal tank in a 37 AT......works great!

I think Westerbeke but not sure. Hooks to a portable 6 gallon tank like you see on those little 13 ft Boston whaler O/B's.
