Default Exhaust pipe covers---what do you use?

I have 5" exhaust pipes on the skater. I want to cover the ends to keep out water and critters from crawling in when stored. I tried locating rubber caps like they use in plumbing but no one seems to make covers for 5" pipes. What do you use? I know about the small footballs and/or round balls, but want to explore other options.....OK, go!

Mcmaster:
9275K26 - metal cap for 5" pipe
4491K128 for a tapered cap, turn it around and you can use this one like a tapered plug

Foam stuffed in the pipes, with a small rope around the foam to pull it out in the spring.
