Default Anyone with an 18C want to trade/buy up for a 22C?

We seem to use our little 17' Aqua-Sport a whole lot more than our 22' Classic. I need to have a "hot rod" to rip around in so my thoughts are to trade/sell down my 22' for an 18' Classic and trade/buy up my little 17' cc for a 20/21' cc.

My 22 is a 1996 with a stock 502mag Bravo with a little less that 300hours, Gil Exhaust, K-Plans, bla bla bla, 2004 alum trailer.

I'd want a mild not wild small block Chevy and a Merc out drive. Not looking for a big project either...

Thank you,

I deleted about 30 PMs; should have room now.

I check e-mail more often than OSO.

+1....22 is MUCH more friendly than the 18... and your powertrain is about as reliable as you will find in a 350 Mag/merc drive

Thanks for sharing your opinion. I've owned 3 Donzis, a 1975 18'C, and 1987 20' Minx, and the 1996 22'C. I do understand that the 18'C is not as capable in the rough. I do 90% of my boating on the CT river and the 18'C does, will do just fine. The 18' will also fit in my garage...
Not rushing into anything and will wait for a fair deal...Thanks
