My PM box has had some messages in it. People have tried to PM me but cannot because my PM box is supposedly full. It really wasn't, but I deleted a few more messages anyway and it still said it was "full". So then I have deleted ALL of my messages that were in my PM box and STILL somehow it says that my PM box is "full" when it is now completely empty!

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how does one correct it please? It's very frustrating! Thanks

make sure you delete your sent MSG as well.

Make sure that you also change the number of days showing to a higher # along with clearing out the sent

Don't forget to clean out the message tracking section either.
