30-35 feet and $35k or less, what's out there??

My friend just bought a place in Florida and is now looking for a boat. Wants to stay less than $35k and has to be less than 35 feet because of dockage. Would prefer something older from a custom builder over a newer production boat like Baja, Formula or Fountain. Looking for something like a 33 Powerplay, 32 Hustler, 31 Bullet, etc...
