Hello all. Looking for some help with the 28 outboard in the classifieds, I have sent a few emails and called the number in the ad but no response. I thought rather than wasting any more time trying to get answers from the owner I would ask around here.

Has anyone looked at this boat? Been in this boat? Surveyed this boat? Any info would be greatly appreciated, if it's not complete junk I will continue my quest to contact the owner.
