Tech question, is this class still governed by the 117 mph rule as the limiting factor per the rulebook of 2013 or what is now the speed rule for this class ? And this class is you can have any engine you want as long as you don't "break out" of the top speed ?

Also Billy was running a real good race but like it's always said you have to finish to win. Hopefully they get the bugs ironed out for Friday.
