What's this material called

I have a divider board in the engine room, should have two but one is missing, it has a foamy style center sandwiched between two harder layers, very lite weight, what is this board called and where do you buy it ?

It's probably expanded PVC board. That's what the interior parts of my velocity are made from. We use it at work all the time, and get it from here:

I have them but mine are carpeted? Also they appear to be laminated wood, 3/4 inch. Sounds like the new ones may be lighter. I don't need them so if you or anyone wants them just pay the ride. While not real close to you, I will be in Cleveland the first weekend in December.

No problem. It would likely be cheaper and lighter to do a new one. I had forgotten mine are carpeted and somewhat heavy. I had stopped using them as, for me, they served no purpose and I was tired of taking them in and out when I needed to be in the bilge.
