Does anyone out there know, will aftermarket gen 5 454 parts ...heads, intakes distributors, bolt up to the new 8.1 chevy big block.

Gene, I'm not sure why you would want to do this but I don't think it would work. The 8.1 has a different deck height than the 454/502 so nothing would line up correctly.
