Good. The higher ups initially just moved him back to the road and didn't do anything to him. A bwi shouldn't be a death sentence. Officer Peircy was doing mid 40 mph in the Gravois arm on a weekend. Anyone that boats there knows how rough it is there. The 30' donzi wp boats are not big enough to do that speed on the weekend, it's no wonder that kid got bounced out. We get bounced around in a 43' boat there.
