Glad they moved the Marathon race to not the 4th of July weekend. Prob be there this year

Mentor! . . Nice! . . . did my first ever race there glad to see it hosting a race again.

Putting the new Ohio race the same weekend of the Historic LOTO Shootout, may not have been the best strategic decision,,,,,

Mentor is only a couple of hours from me...I am thrilled to have racing back in Lake Erie.

Agreed. I love the Lake Erie races. Always great events and LOTS of great race fans.
Years ago APBA Offshore Pro-Series scheduled a race on Shootout weekend. I suggested that may be a mistake, as they will possibly lose the top "Super class" teams to the Ozarks. The response was, the big teams aren't going to miss out on Pro-Series points for some "little "local fun-run.whatever event"..
When that race came around and a number of top teams, (V and cat) were nowhere to be found, a frustrated race official came to me and asked "What the hell is this Shootout thing anyway?"
Just something for the leaders involved to consider.

When will the dates be finalized for the Port Jeff races??

Sweet, will for sure be at Mentor, maybe watching from the water.... ?

Same weekend as the UAW/GM Detroit H1 Gold Cup Race.
