What do I do with a Gaffrig Tach that has broken?

Can they be sent back for repair?
Is this a smart option $$ wise?
All of my gauges are in rough shape (faded, spider cracks, etc....) but I don't want to spring the 1k this year to replace all of them so I'm just trying to get by one more summer.....

Throw it out. Last one I had repaired was off by 500 rpm at idle, sent it back, idle was dead on, top end lost 500rpm, speed was the same. Asked them, they said we can do one or the other, pick one.
I picked the trash, this was a gaffrig/livorsi tach though.
