I just bought an Eliminator Daytona. Really don't have any good bumpers. I noticed some scratches on the last boat from the bumpers I currently have. Wondering what to buy?

I use the Taylor Made vinyl fenders with the center hole, and clean them regularly. I may put the fleece covers on this spring. Only thing that worries me is fleece, fabric, nylon, etc. can pick up dirt and sand. Had a friend with the shaped foam fenders and they scuffed the vinyl graphics on his ski boat.
I prefer to only use the fenders at the dock. If I'm at a sandbar I try to stay at the edge and use a pair of homemade sand spikes, 6ft long 2" pvc pipes with the bottom cut at an angle. I've seen too many pontoons, cruisers, and bow riders with nasty, dirty bumpers for me to tie up in a raft line with them.
