Default WTB MSD Dist 85551

Looking for a used MSD either 85551 or 85561 distributor. I only need the housing and shaft. If you have one with bad pickup that would be perfect. I don't need a cap or rotor either. Let me know what you have and are willing to give up in the Inexpensive range.

Thanks!
Dick

Dick, this is what I am going to use on my Megasquirt build. Its a camshaft pickup that was used on 1999-2000 chevy P30 trucks. The part numbers are PC277 or 1104068 or 213-350 I am using this because it is low profile and i dont have to mess with altering a distributor cap to cover it.

For the crank pickup I am using a Holley 556-103 Universal BB Chevy crank sensor mounting kit It uses OEM sensors and seems pretty simple.

Unfortunately EFI Connection does not make a crank pickup similar to the OEM that would fit a Mark IV block with out major work to the front timing cover.

If neither of these work, I have a GM branded MSD distributor lying around for you.

Any Idea what gear is on that unit? I need a cast iron gear to be compatible with my cam gear. I like that unit, was hoping to find an MSD so I can mod it for my use, knowing the 8531 gear is cast iron. Just found my cam gear toasted..
On the Crank Sensor I was thinking of the DIY unit with their toothed wheel and sensor.. Just have to make a bracket for it. Let me know what dist you have If you would please!
Thanks

Tom, after the snow clears let me know what you have.. Thanks!
