2000 mercury optimax 25" shaft, had 250 hours at last scan, runs great. Belonged to my boss was on his 26 Bertram used in fresh water. I bought it from him thinking I could put it on my Pontoon boat, I was wrong. I don't have the overhead clearance for a 25" shaft. I need a 20. I will sell or swap for a 115-150 20" shaft. Can email pictures and last scan if interested. Also have 2 static plates for adapting 20" to 25"
