Default Folding cleats

The fold over cleats any good or are they flimsy. Just wanna make sure when folded in the up position there is a spring loaded cam or something to help assist they stay in the up position. Same for down. ?? I was going to order pull up but then remembered these.

Tks

Good for fenders and such but I wouldn't tie my boat up with them.

I like the pull up flush cleats from Accon Marine. No drain cup needed and can either run a drank hose if needed or plug it.
