Default Switching fuel injected for more hp stupid move?

I have a 2000 24 Python with a 350 mpi 300hp stock and run 60. I have the chance to buy a boat with a 350 bored .60. 850 speed demon carb. 3.75 stroke elelbrock intake. Stainless marine exhaust. Pink connecting rods steel forged crank and 207 bow tie heads. For 4K. Is it a stupid move because I want to go faster. And if it's not, is it realistic to sell my motor with the 88 19 pachanga the motor comes in for 4k and not have a dime in the swap. Thoughts?

if the interior is pretty, you have a good chance. those 19 pachangas have sort of a cult following. keep your fuel injection. buy an ebay performer rpm and edelbrock or holley carb in the 650-750 range to sell off...

So you think that I should switch the motors but keep the fuel injection. Would I have to retune the computer for the different stroke and heads and exhaust?

An 850 cfm carb on a 350 is huge. Pretty sure that would be too much carb for a 350, i could be wrong...
