Anyone know anything about RV roof AC units?

Have a Coleman Mach roof air unit on my enclosed car trailer. Had it installed with heat strips. Been using it for about six years now with no issues. Now for some reason the heat side of the unit is not putting out any heat at all.
Disclaimer.....prior to anyone replying that the heat strips don't make any difference and they're probably working fine, please know that they are in fact NOT working. I know the temperature they have put out in the past. When it's 60 degrees outside and the air coming out of the unit is colder than that there's an obvious issue.
AC side is working great. Very cold. I realize this doesn't have anything to do with the heat side of the unit.
As always, thank you in advance.

the heat strip is a complety seperete deal, more than likely its burned out, drop the lower panel off, look for it looks like a small heating element, ck voltage on connector, is 120 volts. simple replacement...good luck

The thermostat is a dial on the face of the unit. I can only turn it so far on the red part of it.
