Default 2003 Velocity 260 Fuel Question

Is there a suck/push fuel pump "in the tank" on these models that supplies the boost pump ?? If by chance the answer is "yes", how the hell do you get to it if and when that time ever comes ?

unbolt and slide the rear bench seat forward, fuel pump access is underneath in the center.

Thank you. Jarad. That's about the most ridiculous place/method. You'd think a simple access floor hatch would have been used without the seat removal, let just hope I'm not going to gave to get to it anytime soon.

No in tank fuel pumps in most boats. Merc engine mounts all fuel pumps and accessories for that matter.

I'm only assuming here that there is an in-tank pump only because there is nothing visible other than fuel hose from the tank going to a pre-filter then onto the block mounted boost pump pushing fuel through the Merc spin on fuel/water seperating filter. Wouldn't it seem reasonable to assume that the boost pump would not be used as the suction pump, correct ?????
