Default Keep Blowing Ignition Circuit Breaker/Fuse

I am no mechanic, I cranked my boat last week and everything was fine. Go to crank it today and will not even turn over. Ignition circuit was blown. Pushed it back in and tried again when I turned the the key the guage came up and I heard it pop again. Any suggestions for a quick fix.

First thing you need to do is determine if you have a short or if the breaker is bad....With the breaker tripped stick a meter on it and see if there is a major draw/short.
