Question Nose Cone/B1 vs Hydromotive!!??

New motor will be going in on the 16th of this month after getting it back from being dynoed. At this moment i am only able to go off figures on paper versus what it GPS speeds it ran before with current prop. It had until recently slipped my mind about the possibility of nose cone benefits and going from a labbed Bravo1 prop to a Hydromotive Quad4 labbed? Boat specs are listed below:

Boat ran 72-75 with a labbed 22P Bravo1 and motor made 533hp when it was a 434 with much smaller cam, less compression and more restrictive exhaust setup.
prop slip was around 10-11%/5850RPM

230 LX Stingray
Appx. 3500 lbs
436in sbc (should make 590+on accident)
Bravo 1/ 1.50 Ratio
Will be spinning this motor to 6200-6400 and i know a new prop is essential but would a nose cone and new prop help better together?
Also it seems with the B1 prop it still doesn't free up the rear of the boat enough.Since a Quad4 is supposed to lift the stern more would that help? I can get the nose way in the air but still feels like it may be bogging a little. I don't pull anyone on a tube. We mainly ride at a good solid cruising speed. Also looking for the most top end i can get to compliment new motor setups power.

unless it's a pre 90' bravo, you wont see any gains with a nose cone.

Use that prop 1st. It may still end up being your best prop. It does happen.

Try a 3 blade Mirage 25P.
Your hull may like it.

I am going to try this prop first. I was curious. Seems like i can never find any true evidence between the Hydro/B1 prop as to which one is better. You call Hydromotive theirs is better, you call BBlades and Brad wants to lab you a B1. Was hoping someone had some 3rd party experience?

I run bobs nose cones on later lowers and they definitely help with top end, but I'm not sure anything under 85mph would notice a diff.
